Service Request Form

| When you submit your service request report, it will be
entered into my database for tracking purposes. Periodically I will
post notices regarding service requests reported by my customers in the
Known Problems section of this page, along with tips or workarounds.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

Known Problems

The following is a list of some known problems with some
computers and Windows operating systems. I am always working to correct
problems like this.
- Microsoft Critical Security Patch
- PC infected (run Stinger for fix)
- PC slow (run defrag, never on Windows NT)
